12of12 - june

4:03 AM

Here's my other photography endeavor.  12of12 is a monthly project, out to capture a typical day's goings on in 12 pictures.  It is always the twelfth of the month, therefore the days change.  This will be pretty cool, though my first post is kind of lame, since it was Sunday.  I... don't really do anything on Sundays.  But, here goes!

1] I may or may not have forgotten about my project until halfway through church. This is BYU students walking HOME from church.  Taken from my phone.
2] Did the dishes
3] Ate me some grilled cheese.
4] Read about Sigmund Freud...
5] Wrote Mr. Benjamin
6] Relaxed outside
7] Wrote in journal, read Matched (LOVED it!) and studied Psychology
8] Sunbathed
9] Long walks by the duck pond and waterfalls
10] Attended fireside done by Mike's dad Kyrt about traveling and sturff.
11] Talked to Mom on da phone
12] Watched (started) True Grit.  It's been in my queue for six months.

Hopefully next time I'll have a more interesting day to document.  Thanks to this awesome blog for the idea.  Annnnd to my sister, again, for being so inspiring.

  2. isn't this photography project so fun? one of my favorites. glad you joined in on the fun! writing missionaries is THE BEST. i love nothing more than getting a letter in the mail. sadly, most of my friends are home now which means the letter writing is coming to an end.

@Beth, just start now and pretend it's the 12th! And then next week you'll be back on track.
@Kylee, thanks for your comment - it is definitely awesome. And I couldn't agree more, writing missionaries is the best, though it's weird having all of my friends gone. Getting mail has never been this exciting though!

  4. I dunno, since I work 8-5 I dunno how epic it would be to see multiple shots of my workplace... ;)

True story... it's going to get interesting when I get to document a day of work. But I just see it as incentive to do EXCITING things after work!

  6. I'm glad you are playing along and had the chance to do a sunday. not necessarily the most action packed days, but it will be good to look back and see what your sundays were like in 2011. welcome!

True story, it is so nice to catch those everyday moments that you think you'd always remember... but you don't. What a fantastic idea, glad to join in! :)
